Hello
My name is Havana, and I am a fully qualified CBT therapist based in Stirling,Scotland. I work with adults (18+) offering online sessions UK wide, and in-person sessions based in Stirling.
Following my own challenges with my mental health, I felt inspired to support others in a meaningful way. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences, improve mental wellbeing, and find a way forward. I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering and grounded in evidence-based approaches. While change doesn't happen overnight, with the right support, meaningful and lasting progress is possible.
Whatever it is that you may be struggling with, you do not have to do this alone.
Testimonial:

She is deeply empathetic, non-judgemental, and attuned to her clients' needs, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic space. Her thoughtful approach and genuine compassion make her an exceptional practitioner and a valued colleague."

If you're unsure whether your difficulty fits into one of these areas, please get in touch. We can discuss your concerns and explore if we would be able to work together.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a collaborative, goal-oriented, and evidence-based approach that focuses on the here and now. Rather than only exploring problems, it helps us understand what is maintaining them and how to move forward in a practical and effective way.
CBT emphasises the strong connection between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. It is based on the idea that unhelpful thinking patterns can contribute to emotional distress and behaviours that keep us feeling stuck.
Using structured and practical techniques, we will work together to identify, challenge, and reshape unhelpful thinking into more balanced and constructive perspectives. This process can support healthier behavioural choices, improved emotional regulation, and meaningful, lasting changes in overall wellbeing.
